Best Online Sources for NAD+ Injections in 2026

Last updated October 1, 2026

After a lot of research into the benefits of NAD+, guidance from a friend who was trying it, and even a long chat with a doctor I met at a party (sorry Dr. Rob or Bob), I was really confident in my decision to try NAD+.[1]

Then I started looking at my options for obtaining it. The number of sites offering NAD+ is insane. Plus, some sites seemed pretty sketchy, and I don’t gamble with my health.

I took my time and went through what felt like a million clinics to narrow it down to these 10. Personally, I went with Peak Wellness. It was the only one that started me on the full 1000mg and charged the same for it every month, instead of a cheap first month that jumps on the second bill. But what’s best for me may not be what’s best for you, so read on to find your perfect NAD+ clinic.

1. Peak Wellness

Screenshot of the Peak Wellness NAD+ page.

It took me longer than I’d like to admit to notice that most clinics quote you a 500mg price. The 1000mg dose, the one IV clinics charge $750 to $1,000 a session for, costs extra. Sometimes a lot extra. Peak Wellness starts at 1000mg and doesn’t change the price on you later, which is why it’s first on this list.

The other thing I liked is that it doesn’t oversell. Peak Wellness says on its own site that NAD+’s role in cellular energy is textbook biochemistry, that a subcutaneous shot raises blood NAD+ better than swallowing a precursor, and that the human evidence for how much of that you’ll actually feel is still early. Half the sites in this category promise to turn back the clock, so a company willing to say “the research isn’t settled” about its own product earned some goodwill from me.

6-month (NAD+ 1000mg)$149/mo (save $300)

Screenshot of the Peak Wellness NAD+ treatment plans.

Every tier is the same 1000mg vial. The longer plans lower the per-month cost, they don’t unlock a bigger dose, and there’s no promotional first month that resets to a higher rate on your second bill. An IV clinic charges $750 to $1,000 for one session at this dose, and a full loading protocol runs into the thousands. At $149 a month, the 6-month plan works out to under $5 a day.

Insurance

❌ Peak Wellness does not accept insurance, and NAD+ injections are rarely covered by insurance. It is FSA/HSA eligible, so you may already have pre-tax dollars set aside that will cover it.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Commitment Terms

You can cancel, skip, or pause from your patient portal at any time.

One thing to know before you order: a licensed provider reviews your intake before anything is prescribed or shipped, and if NAD+ isn’t appropriate for you, you aren’t charged for medication. Not everyone qualifies. That’s not a money-back guarantee. I think it’s better than one, because you never have to argue your way to a refund on something you shouldn’t have been sold in the first place.

Peak Wellness splits its own claims into what’s settled (NAD+’s role in cellular energy, DNA repair, and sirtuin activity), what’s established (subcutaneous delivery measurably raises blood NAD+), and what’s still building (how much of that you’ll actually notice). It also states plainly that this is a compounded medication, that compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and that onset is gradual rather than same-day. The one mark against it: there’s no money-back guarantee, just the provider review before you’re charged.

Customer Support & Reviews

Peak Wellness on Trustpilot.

Peak Wellness holds a 4.7 rating on Trustpilot.

The expectation to manage going in is speed. NAD+ isn’t a stimulant, and Peak Wellness says so itself: the effect is gradual and cumulative, and anyone promising you’ll feel it on day one is selling you something. If you want a same-week result, that’s a problem with the whole category, not with this clinic.

ProsCons
✅ Full 1000mg clinical dose on every plan, not an upsell tier❌ Mild side effects possible, such as injection-site soreness, flushing, or headache
✅ Same price at every dose, no first-month promo that jumps later❌ NAD+ injections only, no nasal spray, cream, or patch options
✅ Provider reviews your intake before you’re charged for medication❌ Insurance not accepted
✅ 503A pharmacy, USP <797> sterile compounding, LegitScript-certified❌ Effects are gradual, not same-week
✅ FSA/HSA eligible; cancel, skip, or pause anytime❌ Not all applicants qualify
✅ Unusually candid about what the human research does and doesn’t show

How It Works (Step-by-Step)

Screenshots of how Peak Wellness works
  1. Complete a 2-minute HIPAA-protected intake questionnaire from your phone
  2. A licensed provider reviews your health history and prescribes if it’s appropriate
  3. Your 1000mg vials ship discreetly from a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy
  4. Inject subcutaneously at home in about 60 seconds, using the video and written onboarding
  5. Message your provider through the portal for dose adjustments or questions

If you already self-inject a weekly GLP-1, the mechanics are identical, just a different vial. If you’ve never injected anything, this is a subcutaneous shot with a short, fine needle, which is a much smaller ask than the IV chair it replaces.

Geographic Availability

  • Eligibility is confirmed during your intake, before anything is prescribed or shipped

Clinical Oversight and Safety

  • Every order requires review by an independent licensed physician before it ships
  • Medication is prepared by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy in the US
  • Compounded under USP <797> sterile compounding standards
  • LegitScript-certified (verifies operational legitimacy and compliance, not product efficacy)
  • Ongoing telehealth access for dose adjustments; health information protected under HIPAA

Treatments Offered

Peak Wellness NAD+ treatment options.
  • NAD+ 1000mg subcutaneous injections
  • Compounded GLP-1 medications (semaglutide and tirzepatide)

That overlap is worth knowing about if you’re on a GLP-1. Eat significantly less and your body has less raw material to make NAD+ from, right when your cells are working hardest. Peak Wellness is explicit that NAD+ is not a weight-loss product and not a treatment for any side effect of GLP-1 medications, which is the correct thing for it to say.

Bottom Line

Go with Peak Wellness if you want the dose IV clinics charge thousands for, without the chair or the invoice. Same 1000mg on every plan, $149 to $199 a month depending on how long you commit, a physician signs off before you’re charged, and a licensed 503A pharmacy fills it. Skip it if you’d rather have a nasal spray or a cream than a needle, or if you need to feel something this week. It was the easiest one for me to stay on, which counts for a lot with a treatment that only pays off cumulatively.

Peak NAD+ is a compounded medication. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. A licensed provider reviews your health history and determines whether it is appropriate; not all applicants qualify. Individual results vary and human NAD+ research is ongoing.

2. Eden

eden

Eden might be best known for its weight-loss program, but its NAD+ injections deserve some spotlight, too. Think of it as the “secret menu” for energy and focus: affordable, convenient, and surprisingly trustworthy. It’s still the one I’d pick if you want options beyond a needle.

The 3-month plans for both 500mg and 1000mg doses are priced lower per month than the standard monthly option.

Insurance

Cancellations, Refunds, and Commitment Terms

Eden does not require long-term contracts, so monthly plans can be canceled anytime.

If you’re on a three-month plan and your medication isn’t available, Eden may offer a different treatment or give you a partial refund for the unused months.

Refunds are processed within 30 days.

Eden will notify you by email if there are changes to your plan, and you’ll need to reply to avoid delays.

Eden scores well for clear pricing and transparency, but some reviews cite shipping delays. Clinical oversight is reliable, though less hands-on than full-service clinics.

Customer Support & Reviews

Eden earns praise from many patients for having knowledgeable and approachable representatives. Customers often highlight that staff take time to explain treatment options clearly, answer questions thoroughly, and make the process feel less overwhelming.

Not all feedback is positive, though. Some patients report delays in receiving their prescriptions and shipments that take longer than expected.

ProsCons
✅ Affordable NAD+ injection pricing❌ Mild side effects, such as soreness, fatigue, or headache
✅ Offers NAD+ injections, nasal spray, and face cream❌ Not available in all states
✅ Referral program: give friends $100 off, get $50 credit yourself❌ Shipping delays reported by some patients
✅ Informative representatives❌ Insurance not accepted
✅ Order updates via text and email

Pricing is clear, the care team is professional, and the treatments come from trusted pharmacies. While a few patients mention slower shipping, most find Eden’s NAD+ program an easy and reliable way to feel more energized and focused.

For the cancellation to take effect, you must cancel at least 72 hours before your monthly payment is due.

You can cancel by emailing [email protected] or by texting (833) 658-7433 and then completing the program change request form.

Trust and Transparency

Shed is extremely straightforward with its NAD+ pricing and there’s no added or hidden costs.

It faced a number of complaints about shortages with its weight-loss medications, which weren't handled particularly well, hence some negative reviews.

Customer Support & Reviews

Shed lost some credibility when it had some supply issues with its GLP-1 weight-loss medications. It was slow to issue refunds and there are a number of public complaints.

As far as NAD+ goes, however, reviews are positive. Shed just started offering NAD+ in April, and so far customers, including myself, have been impressed by the affordability and ease of getting a prescription.

Most of the feedback illustrates that while Shed struggled with providing prescribed weight-loss meds (as did a lot of other clinics during the shortage), it offers affordable and easily accessible NAD+ without a hitch.

ProsCons
✅ Affordable pricing❌ Overwhelmed customer support
❌ Occasional supply issues (more for GLP-1s than NAD+)
✅ Simple prescription process❌ Difficulties canceling
✅ High pharmaceutical standards
✅ Nasal spray as well as injections
✅ All-inclusive pricing
✅ Unlimited texting to support

Bottom Line

If you’re sold on NAD+, Shed will get it to your door faster and more affordably than any other clinic. Its prices are transparent, and its NAD+ is effective and safe. Shed’s reputation was damaged due to some GLP-1 supply issues, but its NAD+ program is the best in the industry.

Ivy Rx has one of the best refund policies of any clinic I’ve researched.

Hone Health is a trustworthy clinic, but charging separately for consultations, membership, and medicine rubs me the wrong way. Although it is all listed on the website, the more separate charges there are, the easier it is for consumers to accidentally overlook one.

Customer Support & Reviews

Hone Health has outstanding customer reviews, mostly praising the quality of its doctors.

Hone’s strength is the quality of its clinicians, which nearly every positive review cites.

Although complaints are hard to find, they inevitably reference the separate membership fee, particularly with some of Hone Health’s other treatments.

ProsCons
✅ Great doctors❌ Not available in 15 states (see list below)

7. PeterMD

PeterMD has outstanding reviews. On Trust Pilot, an incredible 90% of patients give it a full five stars. Patients rave about the PeterMD doctors and support team. However, we should note that NAD+ is a new offering, so it has not been specifically reviewed.

The overwhelmingly positive reviews give me high hopes for the NAD+ program.

Sprout Health is too new to have many user reviews, but there are a few on Consumer Affairs. Some praise Sprout’s speed and customer service.

Other customers have been frustrated by slow communication from the company, however.

ageless treatment options

Bottom Line

AgelessRX is a premium NAD+ provider that offers great products and great oversight and service, albeit at a higher price. You can get far cheaper injections at Shed, but if you want premium service, AgelessRX is a good choice.

10. Invigor Medical

invigor

Invigor has an excellent reputation for its medical services, but its pricing and subscription model seems designed to confuse and entrap.

Medication Costs

MedicationMonthly price
NAD+ injections (500 mg vial) $155 first month, then $205

Insurance

❌ Invigor only accepts cash payments for NAD+.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Commitment Terms

If you have second thoughts about your NAD+ order, you should act quickly, because new orders must be canceled before they end up in the practitioner’s queue. There’s no refund issued once your prescription request is scheduled for review.

Subscriptions can be canceled without penalty, but you have to cancel seven days before your renewal date.

If you have issues with an order you received, you must notify Invigor within 48 hours.

Trust and Transparency

Although Invigor generally has served its patients well (see reviews below), there’s some things that make me uncomfortable about giving them my outright trust.

Pricing is easy to understand★★★☆☆
Clinic is transparent about all costs to you★★★☆☆
Public reviews indicate little deception★★★★☆
Prescribers are correctly credentialed★★★★☆
Adequate clinical oversight★★★★★
HIPAA, SOC-2, or HITRUST certification★★★☆☆
Money-back guarantees are honoredN/A

Invigor does itself no favors with its $29 fee for your initial order. Few other clinics charge up-front fees for NAD+, so even though it is disclosed on the website, it still comes as a surprise to many.

Invigor also states explicitly that not all of the entities it deals with fall under HIPAA regulations, which does raise some privacy concerns, although I appreciate Invigor’s honesty.

Customer Support & Reviews

Invigor has excellent overall reviews, in large part to its customer service team, which gets a lot of credit for being knowledgeable, quick to respond, and proactive.

ProsCons
✅ Great customer service and support❌ Extra fee for first order ($29)
✅ Fast approval process❌ Expensive compared to other NAD+ clinics
✅ Quick shipping❌ Tricky cancellation policy
✅ Frequent first-month discounts
✅ Runs third-party checks on medicines produced by compounding partners

How It Works (Step-by-Step)

  • Click “Order Here” on the NAD+ page
  • Choose dosage
  • Sign up for an Invigor account
  • Fill out shipping and billing
  • Telehealth consultation
  • Prescription and all supplies shipped

Geographic Availability

  • Lowest dosage not available in CO, IA, MA, WA, or WI

Clinical Oversight and Safety

  • Third-party tests on medicines produced by partner compounding pharmacies
  • Super transparent, listing names of pharmacy partners: Strive, Tailor Made, Belmar, and Olympia Pharmacy
  • Ongoing access to your care team to make any necessary dosage adjustments

Treatments Offered

invigor treatment options

  • NAD+ injections
  • Glutathione; Methylene blue; longevity supplements
  • Weight-loss medications; sexual health medications

Bottom Line

Beyond the $29 starter fee, which really bothers me, Invigor is a solid NAD+ source that will give you good customer service, prompt prescriptions, and third-party tested NAD+. Shed offers a cheaper alternative with no up-front costs, but Invigor is a solid choice with a lot of satisfied customers.

Get Real Results with Real NAD+ Providers

When it comes to NAD+, which is a relatively new treatment in the wellness space, it's important to remember a few things:

If you land on oral instead, the brand matters more than the format.

  • NAD⁺ therapy is a legit tool for improving energy, mental clarity, recovery, and longevity.[2][3]
  • The real challenge isn’t finding NAD+, it’s finding a provider you can trust to treat your safely.[4]
  • Different clinics might be better for different people.

Peak Wellness is the best all-around NAD+ clinic because it gives you the full 1000mg dose on every plan and charges the same for it every month. Eden is the better fit if you want injections, a nasal spray, and a cream from one place, and Ivy RX remains the go-to for premium, high-touch service.

Always talk to a healthcare provider before starting any new treatment.

FAQs

What does NAD+ do?

NAD+ is a vital coenzyme that helps convert food into energy. It supports DNA repair, regulates cell signaling, and activates sirtuins linked to aging and metabolism.[5] NAD+ levels decline with age, impacting energy, brain function, and overall cellular health.[6] NAD+ injections from a trusted provider may help reverse your body’s natural NAD+ decline.

What is the best form of NAD+ to take?

The best form of NAD+ to take is injections. It is the most commonly available and most effective means of boosting your NAD+. If you are needle shy, some clinics offer many other options including creams, sprays, and patches, but injections are the most direct because they immediately enter the bloodstream.

Do NAD+ injections really work?

NAD+ injections really work to boost levels of NAD+ in your body. In doing so, NAD+ injections potentially enhance energy, recovery, and focus.[7] However, the effects of NAD+ injections are more profound in some patients than in others, so you may want to try an affordable clinic like Shed to make sure NAD+ is worth your money.
